Such information will include their company profile, number of hotels owned or managed, projected spending, budgets for new and refurbished hotels, services and products they are interested in sourcing and other valuable market information.

You will be given a meeting schedule based on buyers you have requested to meet as well as buyers who are interested in your product or service. No exhibition stands, no time wasters, simply face to face meetings.
In addition to the one on one meetings you will have ample time to network with all the buyers which you have not met through your appointments during the meals, seminars and social activities.
HOTEC also has a one hour 'Supplier Showcase' on the second day which consists of a table top exhibition for suppliers to present their services to the buyers. This allows them additional opportunities to meet those buyers they were unable to meet during the normal one on one meetings programme.

The participation fee for one delegate is €7,950 with a minimum of 12 meetings or €9,950 with a minimum of 18 meetings. For two delegates, the participation fee is €12,950 with a minimum of 18 meetings and that for three delegates is €16,950 with a minimum of 22 meetings. This covers 3 nights' accommodation, all meals, airport transfers, social programme, conference facilities and your personalised meetings schedule.
