07:30 - 08:25: Continental Breakfast
08:30 - 10:00: SPATEC Educational Session for all delegates (buyers & suppliers)
10:00 - 10:25: SPATEC Help Desk Opens - Collection of final schedules & Coffee Break
10:30 - 12:30: One-on-One Meetings. Suppliers & Hotel Operators have 20 minute pre-scheduled meeting.
12:35 - 13:35: Lunch
13:40 - 15:40: One-on-One Meetings
16:15: Teambuilding briefing
16:30 - 18:30: Teambuilding Activity - all delegates placed in a team of approx 15 people for a fun-filled session
18:30 - 19:30: Drinks reception
19:30: Free time to network and enjoy the resort. There will not be an organised dinner function.

10:55 - 12:20: Supplier showcase
12:25 - 12:55: Suppliers to tear down their table from the showcase

17:20 - 19:30: Free time to network and enjoy the resort
