How It Works

How Are Appointments made?

A directory is produced a month prior to the event containing a page editorial on each supplier company and each leisure operator.

Each delegate is sent the directory and asked to select the companies they wish to meet.

A personalised appointment schedule is then produced for each company attending.

The Format

All meetings between leisure operators and suppliers will last 20 minutes.

Meeting Facilities

Leisure operators are allocated meeting points where all appointments are held over 1½ days.

The Social Programme

Following the business meetings, there will be an organised programme of activities allowing delegates to network in a more informal way.
