Speaker Announcement - 21/02/2011Guy returns to the platform of keynote speaker with a new topic for this year's HOTEC Middle East delegates; Insights into the Hotel Development Process. Guy will explain the key steps in developing a hotel concept from blank sheet to architectural brief.
