HOTEC Europe is a highly focused hotel industry forum for senior executives wishing to talk business in a more targeted fashion.

The unique one-to-one meeting forum brings together purchasing, operations and technical directors of leading hotel chains, to meet by appointment with the industry's leading national and international supplier companies over three days.

HOTEC is regarded by the market leaders as the industry's premier event.

The first HOTEC forum was launched in 1998 in Europe and is now also established in Asia, Middle East and in North America.

Face to Face Meetings

HOTEC Europe 2010 will bring together international hotel chains and suppliers to participate in a series of face-to-face meetings over two dedicated business days. Over 2000 organised business meetings will be conducted. The most senior executives talk business, exchange views and network in a way that is simply not possible with traditional exhibitions and conferences.

Supplier Showcase

On the second day a one hour Supplier Showcase takes place in a separate room. Each supplier has a table. Buyers and suppliers are free to meet delegates that they did not have pre-booked on their schedules.

The suppliers’ profiles will cover over 40 different categories.

A Review of HOTEC Europe 2009

September 30 - October 3 marked the eleventh European HOTEC event; it brought together buyers and suppliers in an innovative three-day program of one-to-one meetings, allowing delegates to talk business and network with their peers in a way that is simply not possible with traditional trade shows and conferences.

This year's event hosted 100 key supplier companies covering over 40 product categories. Eighty buyers from all facets and areas of hospitality sat for 20 minutes with each requested product supplier gaining insight and sharing knowledge. Each day was planned in a way that allowed attendees to meet, either through arranged meetings or through some of the special team building activities and meals.

A great event for meeting new and existing suppliers in a relaxed and business like atmosphere.

• Supplier Registration Deadline!!!

  Just over 100 suppliers have already confirmed their participation at HOTEC Europe 2010 in Portugal. With a maximum capacity of 120 suppliers it is expected that HOTEC Europe will be fully booked within the next few weeks.

• High Profile Buyers attending HOTEC 2010

  With a few months remaining for HOTEC Europe 2010 in Portugal over 60 buyers have already registered with a view of meeting new and innovative suppliers. Approximately 90 buyers will attend this year's edition and the current list of 60 buyers already includes some very high profile buyers which one would never meet at a trade show. These decision makers are undoubtedly very busy and HOTEC is the only way to meet them unless you are lucky enough to get a meeting with them at their office.
