HOTEC also has a one hour 'Supplier Showcase' on the second day which consists of a table top exhibition for suppliers to present their services to the buyers. This allows them additional opportunities to meet those buyers they were unable to meet during the normal one on one meetings programme.

The participation fee for one delegate is €6750, two delegates is €11500 and three delegates is €15400. This covers 3 nights accommodation, all meals, airport transfers, social programme, conference facilities and your personalised meetings schedule. Attending with one delegate guarantees you a minimum of 12 meetings, 2 delegates guarantees you a minimum 18 meetings whilst 3 delegates guarantees you a minimum of 22 meetings.
