19:30: Welcome buffet reception at the Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne

Friday, 11 June

07:30 - 08:25: Continental Breakfast / Suppliers can set up their tables
08:30 - 10:00: HOTEC Design Educational Session for all attendees
10:05 - 10:25: Refreshment Break. Collect finalized meeting schedules
10:30 - 12:05: One-on-One Meetings. Each meeting lasts 20 minutes and will be held at the supplier's table.
12:10 - 13:10: Showcase session
13:15 - 14:15: Lunch
14:20 - 15:55: One-on-One Meetings
16:15 - 16:30: Teambuilding Briefing
16:30 - 18:30: Teambuilding Activity - all delegates placed in a team of 15 people for a fun-filled session
18:30 - 19:30: Drinks Reception
19:30: Free time to network and enjoy the resort. There will not be an organised dinner function.
