How It Works

CONFEC takes place in an exclusive venue away from the pressures of the office and the stress of exhibitions.

  • Profiles of all delegates will be posted online 4 weeks before the event.
  • Buyer profiles will show details of their requirements for the next 18 months including number and size of their proposed events.
  • You are asked to make a selection of which delegates you wish to meet.
  • A personal meeting schedule is then drawn up for each company.
  • Each buyer is allocated their own meeting desk in the conference room where the meetings programme takes place over 2 business days.
  • All meetings last 20 minutes.

Business Speed Dating Session

The Speed Dating hour on the second afternoon is a fast, fun session of introductory meetings with delegates who are additional to your prearranged meetings schedule. No Laptops or Ipads are allowed during the speed dating sessions as this time is merely for introductions and not for presentations.

The Networking

All lunches and dinners are attended by all delegates with further networking opportunities during the social programme. The ratio of buyers to suppliers is strictly controlled and the number of suppliers attending is limited. This ensures that CONFEC provides the maximum business opportunities whilst retaining a unique atmosphere in which to develop strong business relationships.
