Terms & Conditions

1. SIBEC UK registration includes: Your own dedicated meeting point, a schedule of meetings over 1 ½ days, access to programmed seminars, one night’s accommodation on 12th May and meals unless otherwise stated. Accommodation (B&B) is also available on the 11th if required by indicating in the tick box above.
2. Travel insurance must be organised by the delegate(s) as this is not provided by the SIBEC UK organisers.
3. Should the organiser cancel SIBEC UK, payments (where applicable) made in respect of each event will be refunded in full. The organiser shall not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
4. CANCELLATION: A signed booking from commits the delegate(s) to attending the event and should cancellation of participation be a necessity, it is understood that the delegate(s) will provide suitable and senior replacement(s). As organisers we are committed to the full cost of the rooms 4 weeks prior to the event, cancellations without appropriate replacements after this period will be charged the costs of the room. **If the additional night has been taken then this will also be charged. Room nights are approximately £165.00 pp pn.
