   $6950 for 1 Delegate 14 Meetings   $10,500 for 2 Delegates 18 Meetings                $13,000 for 3 Delegates 22 Meetings

 
Fees inclusive of:
Meetings schedule, Business Speed Dating Session, Education Seminars, Directory Entry, Airport Transfers, 3 nights accommodation per delegate, networking activities and meals.

Terms & Conditions

1. 40% deposit per delegate due immediately after receipt of confirmation (invoice to follow). Balance due by June 27th 2007.
2. SIBEC NA registration fees include the participation at the business meetings forum and programmed activities, three night’s accommodation, airport transfers and meals unless otherwise agreed.
3. Submitting this form commits delegates to 40% now and 100% of the fee by June 27th 2006.
4. Should SIBEC NA be cancelled by the organizer, payments made in respect of each event will be refunded in full. The organizer shall not be held liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
5. No delegate may attend the event if the payment schedule as stated above is not adhered to.
6. CANCELLATION: A submitted booking form commits delegates to 40% of the above fees now and 100% of total fee after June 27th 2007
7. Bookings and payments received after July 27th 2007 will incur a late registration supplement of $250.
8. Registration Deadline July 27th 2007.
