Terms & Conditions
40% deposit per delegate payable 14 days after receipt of confirmation (invoice to follow). Balance due by 6th February 2009.
1. HOTEC Middle East registration fee includes: participation at the business meetings forum, a schedule of appointments with a minimum of 12 meetings for one delegate and 18 meetings for two delegates, programmed activities, three nights accommodation, airport transfers and meals unless otherwise stated
2. Travel insurance must be organised by delegates as it is not covered by HOTEC Middle East organisers
3. Visa requirements and vaccinations (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate
4. Should the organiser cancel HOTEC Middle East, payments made in respect of each event will be refunded in full. The organiser shall not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
5. CANCELLATION: A signed booking from commits delegates to 40% of the above fees on confirmation and 100% of total fee after 6thFebruary 2009.
